Sprint offers a 30-day free trial of its network

It seems as though T-Mobile has a knack for getting competitors to latch onto its every move in the wireless market. Last week, T-Mobile CEO John Legere unveiled the carrier's seven-day "Test Drive" that allows folks to try out the T-Mobile 4G LTE network with a borrowed Apple iPhone 5S

Today, Sprint is offering up an initiative of its own with a "30 Day Risk-Free Trial." Unlike T-Mobile's offer, Sprint will allow customers to purchase any smartphone offered on its network and use it for up to 30 days. If the customer is not satisfied with his or her results on Sprint's network, the company will "refund the cost of their device and waive all service and activation charges."

“We believe customers will be delighted with the Sprint retail experience, our customer service, and the performance of America’s newest network,” said Sprint CEO Dan Hesse, “so we’re guaranteeing it.”

Sprint’s latest offer starts June 27.

It didn't take long for John Legere to hop on Twitter and attack Sprint's "copycat" antics, with the exec posting:

Even after causing a bit of a controversy last week during his Uncarrier press conference, it seems that Legere is unwilling to fully tame his brash personality.

Every time I call a co-worker on TMo using my Sprint phone or office landline, the sound quality sounds like crap. Lots of echos and dropped calls.
I dont have the same issues with other co-workers on Sprint, Verizon or AT&T.
TMo definitely has coverage issues in Southwest Ohio.
