Some of the major changes the March update brings include a friends list on the homepage of the Friends app. Party chat is now on by default and you can now chat with friends playing different games. The “Invite friends to game” option is now accessible in multiplayer tiles.
The update also adds a list of recent people you have played with to make it easy to stay in touch with them. The big new feature is support for
Twitch Live streaming

XBOX set volume level

Here is a video on where the new selection is for the set volume up and set volume down (changing the levels from 2 to whatever value you want) say for example a level 10 ten. So that whenever you say xbox volume down it goes down by 10. Took me forever to find it so I wanted to make a video to help people out.
