Take these pics with a grain of salt...

We’re still months away from the launch of the next generation iPhone, but a series of new pictures have leaked on the internet that claim to show Apple’s next smartphone flagship.
There are obviously no “official” specs to go on at this time, so you’ll just have to settle for the following images:

The next generation iPhone is expected to retain its Touch ID fingerprint authentication system while adding a larger, higher resolution screen (possibly 5+ inches). Although no one knows what the exact resolution of the display would be, don’t be surprised to see Apple settle on something around 1280x2272 (exactly twice that of the iPhone 5/5S/5C).
We’re also assuming that Apple will throw in a custom A8 processor as a follow-up to the current A7, and let’s hope that Apple has decided to include at least 2GB of system RAM (Apple current flagship iPhone 5S only includes 1GB of RAM while flagship machines from competitors offers at least 2GB).

News flash: you ARE a fanboi.

Anyone who states unilaterally that Apple has the best hardware and the best apps bar-none is a complete fanboi.

Nah man, best apps is objective truth, especially on tablets. Its like saying Windows has better apps than Linux. No big deal and its not saying Linux is bad, I myself have it installed on a partition. Its just how it is.

As for hardware, there's no question in performance with tablets. For phones it comes down to personal preference since most are fast enough. You're still dealing with input lag but that's a trade if you like to tweak, like 5"+ phones and phablets, etc.

Saying any of the above doesn't make one a fanboy. Again, its just how things are, nothing to get angry about.

LOL... I know.

"I am not a fanboy, I just log in every so often any time I see anything posted that paints Apple in a bad light so I can shed some truth on the subject... But only when it involves Apple but I am not a fanboy".

Give up Takin, your intentions were outed ages ago. Be a man about it and at least admit it, or STFU.

There's nothing to admit. I love my Kindle, the PCs I've been making for almost the last 20 years, my Playstations, my Wii U, and my iOS stuff is pretty good too!

I don't restrict myself to one ecosystem or company like so many people here do, so I understand the confusion you have when someone likes products from multiple ecosystems instead of just one or two like most people here.

Either way, there's nothing controversial about saying that high end Android sales are a niche of iOS and Android as a whole. Sales numbers have shown this for years and the trend towards lower end devices being the bulk of Android hardware only continues to accelerate. There isn't anything controversial about saying that iOS devices lead in applications or hardware performance either. This is just as controversial as saying that Android offers more customization options and larger screens or that the sky is blue.

I'd get the same emotional reaction if I went to a Linux forum and told the users that Windows has more games. Fanboys are so weird!

The only thing I'm a fan of is reality. Its strange how you guys get so angry when metrics and facts are used to counter your emotional rhetoric and opinion.

Its funny how you convince yourself anything in that well worded post actually describes how you act.

The guy you just described sounds pretty level headed. It isn't the TakinYourPoints that has been posting here for years, but he sounds like a good guy nonetheless.

Nah, nothing's changed, I've been a pretty consistent user of all the things I talked about there.

Its really weird that saying "Apple stuff is good" automatically makes one a zealot around here, even if that person is technically knowledgeable and is deep into other ecosystems and products. The idea that an informed person can like iOS (and all my friends at Valve, Blizzard, Digital Domain, and Rhythm and Hues are either dedicated iOS users or user/developers) blows minds here for some reason.

The frothing zealotry around here is so disconnected from reality. People can actually like it and totally know what they're talking about.

Changed? Who aid anything changed? I said the person you describe yourself as isnt how you act. That hasnt changed either. I repeat... "Its funny how you convince yourself anything in that well worded post actually describes how you act."

You saying - "Apple stuff is good" is NOT how you act. You posting endless soapbox rants about how "superior" Apple products are, using 2 year old arguments top make points, and defending Apple and their products at every turn... THAT is how you act. Do that in general, no-one notices, do that consistently for a company, and you just might be a fanboy.

objective truth
If you were actually objective, as it is, you are full of shit. Nothing more than a flaming Apple fanboy.
