The new website is called "Honda 3D Design Archives"

Honda is going to let you 3D print its cars -- a small replica of its older models, that is.

According to Honda Motor Co., it has launched a new website called "Honda 3D Design Archives," which allows car enthusiasts and curious engineers to download files to create their own mini Hondas at home.

Under the Creative Commons 4.0 license, users can now download five different concepts, including the 1994 FSR, 1999 Fuya-Jo, 2003 Kiwami, 2007 Puyo, and the Acura NSX concept.

Honda is likely looking for a new form of communication between the automaker and its customers, and this looks to be a way of luring future car designers and engineers through the "art of manufacturing."

It could also draw nostalgia for the brand, as many remember -- and some are fond of -- these older concepts, and can now bring small replicas to their home.

If you want to make one of your own, check out the website here. Also, check out this video from Honda on its new 3D offering:
