Samsung unveils new tablets at CES

Samsung has announced some new tablets at CES 2014 that fall into the Galaxy NotePRO and TabPRO line. The new lines of tablets have four models total with the NotePRO coming with a 12.2-inch screen. The TabPRO line has 12.2-inch, 10.1-inch, and 8.4-inch models.
 
The TabPRO 12.2-inch tablet has a native resolution 2560 x 1600 with over 4 million pixels. The 12.2-inch version of the NotePRO uses the same display. Both of the tablets come with support for Multi-window allowing them to be split into four different windows for working on multiple things at once. The NotePRO comes with the Samsung S Pen with support for Action Memo, Scrapbook, Screen Write, and S finder. Both of the tablets also come with Cisco WebEx Meetings platform installed.


Galaxy NotePRO
 
The NotePRO and TabPRO 12.2-inch tablets have an 8MP rear camera, 9500 mAh battery, Android 4.4 KitKat, and integrated Wi-Fi (LTE is optional). It has 3GB of RAM with 32GB or 64GB of storage. The processor is an Exynos 5 Octa-core uncut for the Wi-Fi and 3G model with the LTE version getting a Snapdragon 800 2.3GHz quad core processor.


Galaxy TabPRO 10.1
 
The TabPro 10.1-inch has a native resolution of 2560 x 1600 with an Exynos 5 Octa core CPU for the Wi-Fi version and Snapdragon 800 for the LTE version. It has an 8MP rear camera and a 2MP front with Android 4.4 for the OS. The TabPro 8.4-inch unit has a Snapdragon 800 CPU, 1600 x 2560 resolution display with LED flash.
 
Pricing and availability for the new tablets is unknown.

Build of Samsung tablets have been almost better than Apple for the last two years, especially with the added software enhancements beyond that of Google which is blasé. This is the year it surpasses Apple easily watch the market does in terms of product & revenue and later then in terms of stock. Every tech spec balanced out against others to be fair and you have the tablet that will be the iPad market taker just as galaxy S4 is taking the iPhone market without a sweat since Jobs died. One man really did make a company. If I was a Apple shareholder I'd dump my stock when Jobs died. @funvirginian
