No official details of the TV have been announced

There have been lots of rumors and details of the LG webOS smart TV that will launch at CES 2014 next week. LG purchased webOS from HP last year and said at the time that it would use the failed OS in smart TVs.

Some new details about the webOS smart TV have leaked today with an image of what is claimed to be the interface for the set turning up online.

No official comments on the TV have been offered by LG so far. We do have a few rumored specs though including a 2.2 GHz dual core processor and 1.5GB of RAM for the smart TV. More details should surface next week.

LG 55LA6900

This will be great! I'm definitely an LG customer now after getting my 55LA6900! It is a fantastic TV. It would be great if they allowed their not so old TV's to use this interface. My TV comes with a dual core processor but the smart tv is very slow and clunky looking. My only concern is that the frequent updates I get now will dry up as they become distracted with this new interface.
