Sony says the PS4 is selling well
Sony says that it has sold 2.1 million PS4 consoles as of December 1. Sony also notes that PS4 owners are taking advantage of the social features of the new console, and that over 6.5 million shares have been captured using the Share button on the PS4 controller.
"PS4 delivered the best launch in PlayStation history with the North American release and we've continued this incredibly successful start in Europe, Australasia and Latin America," said Andrew House, President and Group CEO, Sony Computer Entertainment Inc.
"Demand remains incredibly strong and continues to overwhelm the supply worldwide, but we are diligently working to meet those growing demands and to deliver additional PS4 units to our retail partners throughout the holiday season."
announced the PS4 console in June
. The PS4 launched on November 15 in the U.S. and Canada, but the console has been in limited supply and some of the
early units had an issue
dubbed the "blue light of death."
On November 29, the console was made available in Europe, Australia, and Latin America. As of now, the PS4 is available in 32 countries around the world.

"Lousy taste because you say so? Haha, ok"
But that is the exact same logic you use for games and apps that you like. I agree, ridiculous. Mine was mockingly sarcastic though, yours is real. We have all come to the realization that when you say "better" it means absolutely nothing other than "better to Taken" and your points should be taken with huge lumps of salt.

Nah, if someone like BF4 or something then more power to them, it just isn't for me. That's totally cool, I think its boring but I prefer harder games like Starcraft/DOTA and old-school style FPS like Quake. Again, that's just me.
If I talk about something more objectively measurable, something like color gamut, gamma curve, accuracy, software libraries, or performance benchmarks, then it is much much easier to make more solid statements like that.
Better is better.
After that its all about explaining why the drawbacks of something inferior are acceptable (ie - I can't afford more horsepower in my budget, my lighting conditions don't allow for a better display, I prefer hardware flexibility over horsepower and software ecosystem, etc). That doesn't automatically make the alternative better, its just better given self-imposed constraints and preferences.
I understand both sides. Its when someone (like most active posters here) insists that their way is the ONLY way
and everyone else is an idiot
that it gets ridiculous.

I totally agree with you here... It's just that this post conflicts with most of your other posts.
