Xbox One Owners with Hardware Issues to Get Free Game Code

Both of the recently released next generation game consoles, the Xbox One and the PS4, have suffered

Microsoft is trying to make it up to gamers who purchased Xbox One consoles that had hardware issues by giving them a free download code for a game. Anyone who purchased a faulty Xbox One console will be able to get a free game from four choices according to
The four choices include
Dead Rising 3, Forza Motorsport 5, Ryse: Son of Rome
. The games are being offered as a free download, so even machines suffering from a defective optical drive will be able to play the games.
"While a replacement console is on its way, we want to ensure our advance exchange customers can stay in the game," a statement from Microsoft said. "We will provide each of them with a free digital download of one of the launch titles published by Microsoft Studios."
Microsoft continues to maintain that there were issues with a very small number of consoles so far. Microsoft has also promised to "take care" of customers that purchase faulty consoles.

They are going beyond what they are required to do and are going beyond what their competition is doing.
The damaged system and game will be replaced in a few days. The free game is theirs to keep.
The only thing that would completely make effected customers happy is to instantly fix the broken systems and games magically, which isn't possible.
They are providing pretty good customer support for what is likely such a low profit margin system.
If the consumers still aren't happy I'm sure they can return the system for a full refund.
