Microsoft really wants you to switch from the iPad to Surface

Microsoft has decided to aggressively target iPad users in an attempt to get them to convert to its own Surface RT or Surface Pro tablets. The Redmond, Washington-based software giant says that users who bring in a "gently used" iPad 2, iPad 3, or iPad 4 will get at least a $200 gift card to the Microsoft store.

Microsoft doesn't specifically say that gift card has to be used for a Surface RT or Surface Pro tablet. However, right after offering the $200 gift card for the iPad Microsoft does take the opportunity to mention that the Surface RT is available starting at $349 while the Surface Pro is available starting at $799.

The special offer is valid from September 5 until October 27, 2013 and is valid at select Microsoft retail stores in the U.S. and Canada. The offer is not available online so if you don't have a Microsoft Store nearby you're out of luck.
To be eligible for the trade-in the iPad must include the power cord and the device can't be password-protected.

Though it isn't identical to Kinect, the new Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro hybrid ultrabook has a hands free motion sensor that allows you to swipe etc without actually touching the screen, a lot like the tech in the Samsung S4. It is also a matter of time before handsfree motion navigation like Leap and several others are integrated into devices.

It definitely needs to be better than Leap Motion. I haven't heard much good from early adopters.

I said several others as well... and I also said "a matter of time" which gives the tech time to improve. I wasn't plugging Leap so go bash on them somewhere else.
