Canon Unveils New Line of PowerShot Cameras, Including the PowerShot N Facebook

New cameras launch in September and October
Canon has pulled the wraps off five new digital cameras falling into its PowerShot line. The new range of cameras include the PowerShot G16, S120, SX170 IS, SX510 HS, and Powershot N Facebook.
The first of the new cameras is the G16, which is a follow-up to the G15. The G16 has integrated Wi-Fi technology, a 28-140 mm wide-angle lens, and aperture range of F/1.8-F/2.8. The camera also uses the Canon HS System featuring a DIGIC 6 image processor and 12.1-megapixel high sensitivity CMOS image sensor. The G16 is set to launch in October $549.99.
The next camera is the PowerShot S120 featuring built-in Wi-Fi in a pocket-sized digital camera. It can upload images to social networks on the go using available Apple and Android applications. The S120 has a 24-120 mm extra wide-angle lens with an aperture range of f/1.8-f/5.7. The camera also uses the Canon DIGIC 6 image processor and has a 12.1-megapixel CMOS image sensor. It's also able to record full HD resolution video and has a built-in stereo microphone. The S120 is set to launch in October for $449.99.
The third of the new digital cameras unveiled by Canon is the SX510 HS featuring a 30x optical zoom lens with the 24 mm wide-angle setting. It features intelligent image stabilization and a 12.1-megapixel CMOS sensor. That CMOS sensor is paired with the Canon DIGIC 4 Image Processor. The camera is also compatible with Canon applications for uploading photos on the go. The SX510 HS will be available on September for $249.99.
Next on the list of newly unveiled cameras is the SX170 IS featuring a 16 times optical zoom and 28 mm wide-angle lens with optical image stabilization. It also features a high-speed autofocus system in a 16-megapixel image sensor. The cameras able to record 720p resolution HD video and has a special Smart AUTO system that chooses the optimal settings based on 32 predefined shooting situations. The camera will be available in September for $179.99.
The final the camera is the Powershot N Facebook designed to make sharing images and video on Facebook a snap. The camera has a special Facebook Connect Button allowing you to instantly share images and video to your Facebook account. The camera also features a special Creative Shot mode that automatically creates a series of five artistic photos along with the original giving options for uploading.
The camera [obviously] has integrated Wi-Fi and a 2.8-inch capacitive tilting-touch LCD screen on the back. The camera also features a shutter and zoom ring located around the lens and the 12.1-megapixel image sensor. The camera can also record full HD resolution video with a dedicated movie button. Other features include a Face ID system allowing the camera to automatically recognize and focus on familiar faces. The camera also has intelligent image stabilization and more. The camera will be available in September for $299.99.

Probably more meaningless updates, but that's ok. Not everybody can afford to blow $1k+ of photo equipment.
I wonder if that Facebook camera runs your "works" through Instagram first. Cause there would be a legion of drooling customers for that.
