It will reportedly be a low-end phone for about $325 USD

Nokia is on the verge of releasing another Lumia, but this time, it'll be a low-end model with the largest screen the company has unveiled yet.

Nokia will launch the Lumia 625 in the coming weeks, which is an effort to offer more affordable Windows Phones. The new phone will feature a 4.7-inch screen, which will make it one of the larger Lumia's to date.

The Lumia 625 will also have a a dual-core 1.2GHz S4 processor, 512MB of RAM, a 5-megapixel camera and a 800 x 480 (WVGA) resolution.

It's expected to launch at about $325 USD in a variety colors. However, a solid release date for the U.S. hasn't been announced yet.

It's important for Nokia to release less-expensive models of its Lumia line so that it can reach many different people with different price points.

A lot of the Lumia phones, such as the recently-announced Lumia 1020, are high-end devices that pack a ton of features for a steeper price. For instance, the 1020 -- which will have features like a 1.5 GHz Snapdragon S4 dual-core, 2GB DRAM, LTE, NFC and a whopping second generation 41 MP, 1/1.5" sensor with 1.1 micron backside illuminated (BSI) pixels -- will run about $602 USD.

What cant you do with Windows 8 that your doing with Windows 7? Enlighten the world with your wisdom of flaws?

Umm I thought you weren't talking to me? It's a waste of time or something? I guess I'm out of time-out, WOOO HOOO!

Okay anyway, where did I say there were things I couldn't do? For a lot of us, HOW we do things are just as important. Windows 8 changes and in some cases eliminates the way we did things, and NOT for the better. That's the issue.

Can you just use some logic, please? Why would I NOT want my desktop experience to be as awesome as possible? Don't you think if Windows 8 was a massive improvement over Windows 7, I would be ALL over it?

You make NO sense. I'm not a random Microsoft "hater". I'm using Windows!! I don't WANT to not-like Windows 8.

Have my desktop interface the way I want it without installing third party software to bring back the things I want that Windows 7 has by default.

The point isn't that Windows 8 can't do it, it's that Microsoft pulled a lot of the framework to do it out. Instead of giving people the choice to use something or not use it, they removed the option to use it differently than the way they thought you should want to use it, and instead of putting it back in they added a shadow of what things were and are still expecting people to love it.

I have tried using Windows 8 and will pick up a copy of 8.1 to play with when it's released to see if it's enough to move to, but to me the desktop environment for Windows 8 is an interface that limits my ability to use my desktop and is ugly like Windows 3.0 (although maybe more like Windows 2.0).

What can't I do? Run my computer the way I want to out of the box, something I've been able to do with Windows 3.0 - Windows 7.

I found this a poor excuse. Software changes all the time, so many other programs have changed and I thought not for the better, but then someone else will think it's the best, while someone else who only gets to use the new version won't see any flaws at all. Humans are creatures of habit and it's difficult to get them to change their routine. I too would love nothing more than to be able to log into the desktop interface and have win8 stay there unless I tell it otherwise, and I do find it annoying that it doesn't, but it's also not that big of a deal especially with 8.1.
You have never been able to run windows the way you want out of the box you have always run it the way MS has wanted only with 8 you just have more of an issue with how MS wants to run it.
