Rosewill Range-M Micro ATX Mini Tower Case
ASI will carry a wide range of Rosewill products

You might be familiar with the name Rosewill, particularly if you're a do-it-yourself computer gamer. Rosewill is a manufacturer of various computer hardware and accessories including computer cases, keyboards, mice, and more. During CES 2013 a few months back we talked a bit about some of the new computer peripherals the company had at the show, including an mechanical keyboard with backlight keys Cherry MX switches.

Rosewill has announced a new strategic distribution partnership with ASI. ASI Corp is one of the largest distribution networks for computer components and peripherals in the world boasting 10 locations in the U.S., three in Canada, and three in Mexico. ASI will begin carrying a wide range of Rosewill products in those locations including computer cases, power supplies, networking gear, cables, and computer accessories.

“We are very excited to work with ASI Corp,” says Daniel Hu, President of Rosewill. “There is a growing demand for computer hardware and accessories and with the agreement with ASI Corp, we will be able extend our reach, continue to meet demand, and focus on the technology to further improve our products.”

Rosewill was once Newegg’s house brand, but it branched out on its own in 2012. Naturally, the products are available at Newegg in addition to Amazon, Walmart, and Buy.com

Rosewill , Then vs Now

I've purchased a lot of the Rosewill products over the years, mainly because of the lower cost than many 'name' brands. I have had some work out really well (power supplies and cases) and some not so well (home gadgets like solar lights) BUT with any of the products, I expected what I got. I wanted a good cheap price, and I got a comparable product. I was, however, always impressed (still am) with the power supplies I've gotten from them. I've had one of them for about 4 years now, and it's still going strong. Same with the cases. Their customer service is very responsive, and even when I called to complain about the lights I bought, they were fast to help replace them. I've gotten many other of their products as well, from cables, to headphones, to even a juicer, and they all live up to expectations. I'm happy with the products rosewill offers. I titled the post "then and now" though, because I've noticed much improvement in A: the products quality, and B: the customer service help. I used to expect to get shoddy stuff from them because the prices were so low, kind of like "generic" but over the years, I can see that their QA team must be improving, OR maybe they are listening to customers, because the overall quality, IMO, has improved tremendously.

It's nice to see they are being recognized, and I hope this means even more impressive quality to come.
