Could things be looking up for BlackBerry?
BlackBerry has pretty much bet everything on the success of BlackBerry 10 and new smartphones running the operating system such as the Z10. The Z10 launched in Europe and several other countries, achieving moderate
"The feedback is very encouraging," said BlackBerry CEO Thorsten Heins. "What has been a real surprise for us is that BlackBerry 10 as a platform and product is attracting users that are currently on other platforms."
Heins also said that the Z10 has surpassed BlackBerry's expectations in emerging markets such as India. "We shipped into the channel product that we thought would have been good for at least five days and I got an emergency call from our manager in India, saying that they were sold out in two days," Heins added. "Now we are scrambling to re-load that channel."

Android and IOS are completely dominating the market. They don't need you to choose them, and they don't need anyone to switch. BB does.

Well I know a few people that have switched already to the Z10 from Iphones and none of them care about who is dominating the market. They buy phones based on their needs not on marketing.
As for the rest of the market they are sheepish anyways so I guess only time will tell.
