The dress originally went for a price of £15.99
An eBay listing went viral last week when a seemingly innocent photo of a dress actually contained a naked girl.
EBay user Aimi Jones, who goes by the eBay username "sugartit_2," posted an Asos Yellow Skater Dress on the site for a price of £15.99. The photo shows the yellow dress hanging on a door, but a mirror to the side of the door reveals something entirely different: a naked Jones.
Jones is only wearing a bra in the mirror's reflection as she points the digital camera at the dress. After the photo started spreading around the Internet, Jones took the listing down and later re-posted another. In the new photo, she is only wearing a parka -- still exposing her genitalia.
This goes to show that the naked picture likely wasn't an accident, but more of a scheme to get people to notice her listing and drive up the price. Fortunately for Jones, it worked. She ended up selling the dress for £153,911 ($245,000 USD) after the photo caught a ton of attention around the Web.
