All of America's "Big Four" wireless carriers will now have access to the iPhone

Late last month, T-Mobile USA tried to throw some water on rumors that it would finally be gaining access to Apple iPhone. The company's COO, Jim Alling, stated, "Make no mistake about it: We would love to carry the iPhone. However, we want the economies to be right for us."
Well, something must have happened in the past few weeks to make the financial details gel for T-Mobile USA and Apple. Today, T-Mobile USA parent company Deutsche Telekom announced in a press release that the wireless carrier will become the last of America's "Big Four" to gain access to Apple devices. In the long press release, there was just this one sentence:
In addition, T-Mobile USA has entered into an agreement with Apple to bring products to market together in 2013.
We can only assume that the family of iPhone smartphones and cellular iPad/iPad mini tablets will be making their way to T-Mobile USA's network.
Deutsche Telekom announced in early October that it would merge with MetroPCS in order to strengthen its fortunes in the United States. The combined company will have roughly 42 million customers, putting it within striking distance of third place Sprint with 52 million customers.

I too have a Galaxy S 4G. I think it is about as usefull as a plastic bag filled with rusty nails.

My Galaxy S was forced upon me by my company. I almost NEVER use it. It's probably the worst phone I've ever used after Blackberries. How do you enjoy the lock screen that doesn't give you the option to delay the lock? How do you like the phone disconnecting from Tmobile service and not reconnecting for days or until you reboot it two or three times?

Tmobile wanted me to pay $25 for a warranty look. ROFL! Scumbags can keep their BS to themselves. I just use it as a paper weight for right now.

A good comparison of your Galaxy S to a Galaxy S3 is like a Tandy black and white computer compared to a Modern phone.

Oh, and by the way, I would never be caught dead with a Galaxy S3. Samsung still hasn't figured out how to do the screen rotation correctly, the web browser is inferior to IE (yes Internet Explorer), and the phone is a flimsy mess of plastic.

I've never gotten the fascination with the GS3. It costs the same as the iPhone but runs on a free OS, completely made out of plastic and all components are made in house, making costs rock bottom. Even the AMOLED screen will start to die after 2 years, who would actually support this phone?

You can often get it for less than the usual price. And the screen is bigger. Seriously, the galaxy s3 is the best phone there is. And plastic is better for reception.

GS3 was on sale for 99 cents (not dollars) during black Friday. I think you can still get it for under $100.

Also, as much as I don't like Samsung's phones, they are without question better than Apple's. The GS3 > iPhone5. By a long shot.

I also don't want a phone with a glass case. Now that is insane and makes a flexy plasticy phone like the GS3 superior. I couldn't imagine even in Bizzaro's world that I don't want a phone where I would have to worry about breaking the stupid case.

Oh and the free OS, as clunky as it may be, is worlds superior over iOS.

"So, I think the same thing of the music industry. They can't say that they're losing money, you know what I'm saying. They just probably don't have the same surplus that they had." -- Wu-Tang Clan founder RZA
