quote: I always thought the Consumer Reports reliability scale was based on the mechanical reliability of the automobile. If you don't like the menu or navigation screen, how can that impact the cars "reliability" score? It's not like that's causing the car to break down and leave you stranded. Or even incur expenses at a repair shop....I just don't see how they can penalize Ford's reliability score for things that have nothing to do with the reliability of the vehicles.
