One S and One X to get Jelly Bean updates this month
HTC has announced a new Android smartphone called the HTC One X+, which is a refreshed version of
HTC's original One X smartphone
. The One X+ uses HTC Sense 4+ and runs the Android Jelly Bean operating system.
The smartphone uses a 1.7 GHz quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor and has 64 GB of internal storage. The smartphone also supports LTE networks and uses a 2100 mAh battery promising up to six hours of use.
The One X+ has Beats Audio for “better” sound quality and HTC Watch 2.0 streaming. The phone also gets HTC Get Started, which is a new web service that guides the user through the setup and personalization using a desktop web browser.
The One X+ will be available in Europe and North Asia starting in October with a launch in South Asian in November. The smartphone will be coming to North America at an undisclosed date.
In other news, HTC notes that the Jelly Bean with HTC Sense 4+ update will come to the HTC One S and One X in October. Carrier branded versions of the One S and One X smartphones will probably not get this update until later because of carrier testing and tweaking.

HTC your problem in Sense

HTC you wont be gaining any major market share as long as you insist on putting Sense in every Android phone.
As a owner of 3 HTC phones I have grown frustrated and tired of Sense as its very bloated and slow. Maybe it has improved in newer versions, I dont know (I own an original Evo and 2 Evo designs) but the reputation Sense has now people are instantly turned off by HTC android phones.
Until you get rid of Sense I dont know a single HTC user that is willing to buy another HTC phone (besides myself I know a few other people with EVO 3D and after ICS and the new sense their phones actually got slower and choppier than before).

The HTC one X runs Sense silky smooth (ICS). Very fast, and very responsive... but this is my first HTC device, I haven't used any older models.
Overall, I am very pleased with oneX. My only gripe is that it does not have microSD, but I probably wouldn't use it that much anyway because I just wirelessly connect to my home or work network and drag/drop stuff there(or just use dropbox).
I think I will stick with HTC for the next device

Eh, just wait until Key Lime Pie is out and about one year later you're still waiting for the One X update from HTC...
