SBB is reportedly looking to make a deal with Apple, where the railway company will likely seek a licensing fee
They say "what goes around, comes around" -- and it looks like Apple is finally getting a dose of its own medicine in the patent infringement department.
A railway company in Switzerland, called Swiss Federal Railways (SBB), has accused Apple of copying its clock design for iOS 6. SBB said its company created that clock design back in 1944, and that Apple's new iOS 6 clock app is identical. See for yourself:

"We are proud that this icon of clock design is being used by a globally successful company," said Reto Kormann, SBB spokesperson. "We've approached Apple and told them that the rights for this clock belong to us."

in eight countries today.
SBB's move against Apple comes at an interesting time. After a 1+ year-long battle with Samsung over smartphone/tablet patent infringement lawsuits around the globe, a U.S. jury
found Samsung guilty of copying the iPhone/iPad
for its Galaxy line. Not only was Samsung ordered to pay $1.05 billion USD in damages, but a court date on December 6 may lead to more product bans for the South Korean electronics maker. Apple is also looking to
boost that $1.05 billion fine to $3 billion

what does the typical apple patent have to do with code? the majority of their absurd lawsuits have to do with their belief that simple shapes like the rectangle and a "flat screen" are patentable.
this is precisely apple eating their own medicine.
and I apologize if I missed some sarcasm... ;)

Check out what the jury foreman said to the jury to make them ignore all prior art and speed up deliberations. It's quite sad, really.
