Nokia uses an infographic to tout the Lumia 920's advantages

Samsung has definitely had its time to poke fun at Apple's recently announced (and soon to be released) iPhone 5. Last weekend, Samsung released a print ad that proclaimed "It doesn't take a genius" to select a Galaxy S III over the iPhone 5. Yesterday, Samsung got even bolder by releasing a new TV commercial that not only poked fun at the iPhone 5, but also the rabid fans that camp out for hours (if not days) to be the first to have the latest Apple smartphone.

Now, Nokia is having its fun in the sun with an infographic that touts the advantages of its Windows Phone 8 device -- the Lumia 920 -- over the iPhone 5. Naturally, Nokia points to a number of Lumia 920 highlights including wireless charging and the ability to use the touch screen with gloved hands.

So what do you guys think? Does Samsung or Nokia make a better case in countering the iPhone 5 juggernaut?

No no see Rkg, you just don't get it. Your personal experience doesn't matter, Mitch rules all. You're wrong and you just need to accept that! Windows Phone has the BEST apps!

No only my personal experience with me owning several android devices that had the software updates abandoned and the constant freezing and battery pulls. Because Im having a good experience on Windows Phone im wrong because I don't share the same opinion as you. I must be delusional.

Forget that I support mobile devices in the corporate workplace and see the issues the clients have. Nope Im not allowed to use my personal and professional experience to draw my own conclusions. I must choose what reclaimer tells me is the best or my life is lost.

By your logic I shouldn't buy a Wii-U because of the lack of games. I guess I shouldn't have bought a X-Box 360 at launch because of the lack of games. Hmm how did that work out? Sure there are a few exclusives but there are always equivalents to the genre.

With Windows Phone being the fastest growing app market and there being close to 120,000 apps I can certainly find something to keep myself entertained. But if its not 500,000 then its somehow lacking and you shouldn't buy it?

Im only interested in upgrading the camera on my device. Ive said in a number of posts I really want a low light camera that I can take everywhere. Thats the only feature I want. Im perfectly happy with my device but since Im close to upgrading I can upgrade and get the improved camera. I also want off Sprint because I dont have coverage in two key areas. My phone is super fast and responsive and all my apps work great. If I could upgrade the camera only sure.

Its you that ran out of excuses why people shouldnt consider the Windows Phone or an iPhone. You told everyone how silly they were about not having the latest highest spec product and completely avoided us telling you how our OS's are optimized and work perfectly fine. All you could brag about were android specs the specs and more specs well now Windows has the same specs and your running away oh the apps the apps you dont have this niche app and that one.

Way to change your tune Reclaimer and yes I recall seeing your post how you called yourself a Android Fanbois so funny you call us that.

Do you drink tigers blood? I only ask that because your winning.

"Our OS is 'optimized' and runs perfectly fine" is usually rhetoric you hear from iPhone users. You should watch out for that kind of hyperbole.

And what are you on about with me telling people NOT to buy Windows Phone? Where am I doing that? Just because I'm pointing out facts about the apps doesn't mean I'm saying you shouldn't buy one. That is YOU being ultra defensive and taking things personal about something you like. This is silly, GROW UP.

Ha ha I remember coming on to a review of some windows phone ages ago, and you 3 were at it then!!! At that time I was on reclaimed side, saying wp7 was a feature phone compared to android..it was...I javelin since gone on mad bought a galaxy s3...and I love it!!.

However, wp8 fixes many of the wrongs of wp7....it's MUCH better...a proper smartphone now...and the lumia 920 is the best of the bunch...I now think its right up there with the very best.

All microkia has to do is get the top 50 apps on the platform...the newest games...it doesn't matter about angry birds space...as long as they get the next newest one at the same time as everyone else....ditto with modern combat 4, nova 4, real racing 3...etc etc...all the old games are obsolete when the new version comes out..

So I was on reclaimed side before because I thought he had point about wp7..which was an over priced mid range smartphone.....now I disagree...wp8 is going to rock. :)

I mean, is it wrong of us to enjoy better hardware when ti does finally come around?

That platform didn't really feel like it needed it, as essentially EVERYONE has acknowledged, but that doesn't mean we are somehow anti-hardware and must now shun it when it comes around.

I mean, what SHOULD we have done?
