Samsung hits comedy gold... again

Samsung knows a good thing when it sees it. The company struck gold with its TV commercials mocking iPhone users late last year. The commercials depicted rabid Apple fans that wait in long lines to snap up the latest iteration of the iPhone.
 
Over the weekend, Samsung upped the ante with a print ad that directly went after Apple's new iPhone 5.
 
And now, Samsung is ready for a second round of "Apple Mockery" TV advertising. If the first commercials were amusing to you, this one is sure to tickle your funny bone as well. 

Here are some choice quotes:

"They're saying this phone is going to be like a precious jewel"
"All I'm saying is they should have a priority line for people that have waited 5 times"

Android couldn't do it on their own they had to steal ideas from Apple and Microsoft.

You say that as if all companies dont do that. As if Apple didnt copy from Palm, and as if Apple doesnt copy from Android.

- Notifications
- Over the air updates
- Widgets
- Free turn by turn navigation
- Social network integration
- Multitasking
- Drop Down Notifications
- Opening apps from the lock screen
- Custom Wallpapers
- Panoramic photos

I hate Apple, but the amount of stupid I just read is mind boggling. Notifications I can give you, and perhaps widgets and social networking integration (IDK if Apple implements something similar TBH), but the rest aren't stolen from Android.

OTA updates have been around since before iOS and Android were even ideas.

Free turn-by-turn nav? Turn-by-turn has been around since before phones got it. So you're basically saying they stole the free part, which is ridiculous no matter how you think about it.

Social networking integration couldn't have been stolen from Android since they had another phone that integrated with Facebook before it, it had a Facebook button on the phone itself.

Multitasking? They had that on comps for decades, no way that could have been stolen from Android.

Opening apps from lock-screen? I'd give it a bit more credit if it weren't for the fact it didn't originate on Android. Seems like it was on jailbroken iPhones before Android.

Custom wallpapers? Haven't had this since at least Windows 98 or anything.

Panoramic photos? Again, are you serious? Phones had this before Android and the concept wasn't unique or original in any way even when the first phone got it.

If you're going to bitch about stolen stuff at least make sure it makes sense first, my god.

Not to say Google/Android invented everything... My point is Android started outselling iPhone and iPhone started copying features that Android has implemented.

Surely you'd have to agree that list is a lot more pertinet than Apples list of copied icons, folder stacking, rounded corners etc.
