Lumia 920 to feature a 1.5GHz dual-core processor and 32GB of storage

Nokia's press event for its Windows Phone 8-based smartphones is just a few days away, but the information leaks continue to steadily drip. The latest round of leaks involve the Lumia 920, which The Verge reports will include 32GB of storage and an 8MP camera which will carry "PureView" branding. For those that are interested, a 1.3MP front-facing camera is also included.
Additional specs that were revealed include a 4.5" display, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, and 1GB of RAM.
Perhaps the most interesting detail that was revealed, however, is that the Lumia 920 will support wireless (inductive) charging via the Qi wireless standard.
Late last week, Intel announced that it was working with IDT to bring wireless charging support to Ultrabooks by 2014.

RE: Wireless charging dock...

While I see that wireless charging is a cool thing - even a useful one - the charge probably isn't going straight to the battery. There's all sorts of electronics between the charger and the battery, just like with a cable charger.
Also, you still need to plug the charger in somewhere and if you pick up the phone while charging it will stop until you place it back down.
Not deal breaking stuff, but at the end of the day you're still plugging your phone to a wall.

Its like my harmony remote dock its a real nice feature not having to look at the micro usb connector to see which way it goes just drop on the dock and its charging.

Why couldnt they just have designed the micro usb connector with pins on both sides so you can plug it in either direction? Probably some dumb ass patent that prevents it.
