The leaks continue for Sony's new tablet

Last week, we provided you with details on Sony's upcoming Xperia Tablet courtesy of leaked slides. Well, the faucet is still dripping and today actual photos of the device started pouring onto the internet.

There's nothing new to add as far as specs go, so you can just ogle these pictures for now:

As previously reported, the Xperia Tablet will be priced on the high side for Android-based tablets with the 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB models ringing in at $449, $549, and $649 respectively.

$550 For 32gig?

Just get an Asus Transformer Infinity (TF700). It is awesome and beautiful, no troubles with mine at all and its $50 less. We will have to wait for the actual hardware specs on this device, but I do not see it doing well against the Infinity unless someone just likes Sony.

Ah, ok, ty. I would def go with the Infinity then, no specs I see are better, only equal or lower AND at a higher cost. Screw that.

Sounds like Sony in the 90's, and 2k's ;)

Sony used to be known as one of the biggest , if not the best name in quality and functionality, there actions over the last 4 - 5 years has driven many many people away from the Sony name. At this price point I do not think there will be as many people prepared to take the chance that they will either have functionality removed from there tablet for no reason or that Sony might just install software that makes it unsafe to use.

If anything Sony should be trying to attract all of those customers that have sworn off of Sony products back, with some reasonably prices products, not things that are overpriced for what they are, glorified games and browsing machines, with a tiny 10" screen.
