Pointless debate

I’ve said this before on DT, but I’ll say it again. Whether global warming is fact or fiction is irrelevant. The real problem is that we have a global economy that severally dependent on exhaustible fossil fuels. In the very near future Iran is going to try to disrupt the oil supply leaving the Middle East which could spark yet another oil driven conflict. Oil prices will soar, crippling the world economy. If it weren’t for corrupt lazy quick-fix politicians who are in the pockets of oil companies, we would have cheap renewable energy available today.

So, the pointless debate needs to end so we can devote the resources to research which in the end will make everyone happy.
