Anyone talking about high quality sound on a mobile device, should be stoned to death. What say you?

Yeah, it's horrible how bad the sound on the original ipad was. I dunno about the ipad 3 though.

What? Not sure if serious. My A500 has surprisingly good sound just from the built in speakers, and sounds darn good when run through my AVR.

Anyone NOT USING headphones on a mobile device is just a plain douche....and costs the tech companies 10000s in idiotic quality development...

Samsung Galaxy Tabs have Wolfson WM1811AEs, which will rival some $100+ headphone amplifiers.

You're saying if I want to put on a TV show to watch while I cook in the kitchen I should wear headphones?
For me good speakers are very important that's why I bought a Iconia A510. The dual speakers facing down and as far apart as it can really go work fantastically. I never understood the rear facing speakers. The Note 10.1 which will be my new tablet has speakers facing forwards much like the Archos 70 tablet I use now for most of my streaming.
Speakers are important.
