As part of my job I help manage the cell/smart-phones for my company. We're across the nation...lots of sales people.
Most of these people are very heavy smartphone users for email, business apps, etc etc.
Verizon is #1 for reliability, and service IMHO
ATT & T-mobile tie for #2... both are good, but I definietly hear a lot of ATT users and dropped calls, t-mobile is generally "slow" complaints.
Sprint... well, I'd give them #20th place if I could.
Horrible coverage, bad reliablilty, slow network, and OMFG the customer service is a joke.
This is just my professional experience with over 500+ smart phones, for several years, on the three major carriers...and Sprint.
