Customers can avoid the fee if they setup AutoPay or use ACH payments

I wonder if this new fee is considered a change to the contract terms. Perhaps it can be used to get out of my contract and let me switch service providers. Comcast has been banging on my door a lot lately.

Comcast has ridiculous fees for receiver lease @7.99 a month if you have more than one. My other favorite is that they charge me a $2.99 fee whenever I return said $7.99 a month cable box to them when I no longer want to pay for the extra receiver. Lets face it, they are all evil.
