The Scene group's Complex and Duplex have offered the Xbox 360 version and PS3 version

Gamers have been waiting a long time for "Duke Nukem Forever," and that wait will be over in a little less than a week. But for some, the wait ended yesterday when the game leaked onto the internet.

With much anticipation for the new "Duke Nukem," game players were pushing to get a glimpse of 2K Games' latest creation in the series. Over the last two weeks alone, several fake "Duke Nukem Forever" files have popped up all over the web

But the real deal appeared on torrent sites like BitTorrent yesterday, with the Xbox 360 version made available by the Scene group "Complex," and the PS3 version compliments of the Scene Group "Duplex."

This leak could make or break the new game, as gamers who test it will likely spread the word as to whether it's a worthy buy or not.

"Duke Nukem Forever" will officially release on June 14 for Xbox 360, PS3 and Windows.

"Duke Nukem" is a video game series that was initially released in 1991 for MS-DOS, and focuses on protagonist Duke Nukem. "Duke Nukem ll" was released in 1993, and "Duke Nukem 3D" launched in 1996. In addition, many spin-offs like "Duke Nukem: Critical Mass" were created.

What a let down.

After checking Youtube videos of the demo, man what a crappy game. After Portal and Crysis excellent refresh, I can`t believe that people go for that sub-standard, outdated game type. Gross, terrible graphics, no story, cheap sex, piss and crap. This has been done and redone years ago. So for very young teenagers only and straight to the recycle bin in no time.

Crysis excellent refresh? Call of er....Crysis 2 was OK, but when I get a sequel to a game I expect better graphics, more gameplay. Bigger, better, Badder. Not a redacted engine made to fit consoles who's technology was already old when they were released 6/7 years ago. Crysis was about pushing the boundaries of graphics, fast fun gameplay. Crysis 2 is CoD in space suits.

People like Wii games in spite of their gross terrible graphics. Most people that want this game, want it for nostalgia, the one liners, and all the stuff that made these games fun. Until you've played the game you are just talking out your @$$. It may suck, it may not. At least wait for the reviews. I seriously doubt Gearbox would damage their rep with gamers to just make a quick buck.

I haven't bothered buying Crysis 2 myself--though it was more because the gameplay in the demo seemed pretty boring rather than the graphics. I thought the graphics looked fine. I actually don't care all that much about graphics anymore, actually.

I'd be happy if graphics stayed at around 2004-2005 levels from now on, maybe 2007 at the latest. I see no need for pushing them further anytime soon.

Instead, I'd rather all the effort spent on graphics be spent on making games fun to play again.
