between my smartphone, my laptop, and my desktop, i have no room or inclination to buy a tablet. I just dont need it or even desire it.

I feel the same way. I dont spend anytime just sitting around where I could use a tablet. I have a desktop at work, a desktop at home with a TV right next to it. The only time I could think of using a tablet is on a train, on the toilet or sitting around in someones house bored. And my smartphone is good enough for that.

Me too. However, if I was the type to carry a bag with me everywhere, a tablet would be more interesting. As it is, stuff that doesn't fit in my pockets generally stays at home, and if I'm going to carry a bag, it's probably because I need my laptop.

I fell for the hype and purchased a tablet. Now it just sits on my nightstand plugged in. If I need to be connected, my laptop or desktop does the job, otherwise I don't need to stare at a screen 24/7.
