The G80 R&D costs were quoted to be somewhere around $450 million dollars.

Taping out a GPU die design costs close to a million dollars (not to mention sometimes multiple tape-outs due to design bugs).

So I doubt you can get a single ultimate speed GPU even with $5 million (not that I think its impossible). But maybe if you just paid some people to make make a ton of them in SLI :).
