Super Smash Bros. Brawl in Wii owns the week in games

Super Smash Bros. Brawl – released on March 9 – is the most anticipated Nintendo game since Super Mario Galaxy, and it will likely steamroll everything in its path for months to come. Although a Sunday release is unusual, it’s common practice for big title launches in Japan. Game companies are aware that some diehard gamers will skip work or school for the sake of a new release, so some releases are pegged for Sunday in hopes of minimalizing the damage on productivity.

You should have done what I did and bough the entire season. Cheaper that way and you get a free DVD to boot.

Nothing interesting this week except SSB Brawl and San & Max. Freeze me in the mountains and wake me up in May when Mass Effect finally comes out.
