The Chinese tech company Xiaomi launched a new tablet in China

The device called Mi Pad 3 has been listed on the company’s website.  The tablet comes with a 7.90- inch display and a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels. 


Powered by a hexa –core MediaTek SoC, along with 4GB RAM. And comes with nonexpendable internal storage of 64GB without memory card slot. The Xiaomi Mi Pad3 packs a 13-MP rear camera and a 5 megapixel front shooter for selfies.




The Xiaomi Mi Pad3 runs Android 6.0 with a non-removable battery of 6600mAh. The device comes with Wi-Fi (Standard supported 802.11 ac), Bluetooth (V4.10), and USB OTG connectives.  Sensors on the phone include Compass Magnetometer, GPS, and Ambient light sensor.


This privately owned company designs, develops and sells smartphones, and android-based OS, and other consumer electronics, also makes fitness tracker, TV, air purifiers, and tablets.    

Other general specifications include a weight of 325 g, colors of Champagne Gold, and comes with 2.1GHz processor (Media Tek MT8176). This device does not have Flash or touchscreen, but headphones of 3.5mm.  

The Xiaomi Mi Pad 3 tablet did not pack Gyroscope, Barometer, NFC, FM, Infrared, nor Temperature sensor, with a listed price of $389.99 on the company site.
