Jodie Fisher starred in such films as "Intimate Obsessions"

The bizarre departure of HP CEO Mark Hurd made headlines late Friday. According to HP, accusations of sexual harassment were brought against Hurd which in turn uncovered discrepancies with Hurd's expense reports. This breach of HP's “standards of business conduct” resulted in Hurd's departure from the company.

The woman who is at the center of this strange turn of events has now been identified by several sources including the New York Times, Reuters, and the Associated Press. The woman, 50-year-old Jodie Fisher, came forward and released a statement through her attorney, Gloria Allred.

Fisher explains:

I was surprised and saddened that Mark Hurd lost his job over this. That was never my intention. Mark and I never had an affair or intimate sexual relationship. I first met Mark in 2007 when I interviewed for a contractor job at the company. At HP, I was under contract to work at high-level customer and executive summit events held around the country and abroad. I prepared for those events, worked very hard and enjoyed working for HP. I have resolved my claim with Mark privately, without litigation, and I do not intend to comment on it further. I wish Mark, his family and HP the best.

According to BoingBoing, Fisher has appeared in a number of films over the past two decades including a few softcore porn ventures in titles like Intimate Obsession and Body of Influence 2.

When Hurd could boink a thousand thai hookers instead of risking his 'cushy' CEO position with Fisher, I'd guess a man of his intelligence would simply consider the hookers.

I'll echo the comments about the validity of the age of the pic posted, but damn, for 50? Still looking damn good!

This was a crappy reason to get fired? I mean, we don't have all the details, but she's saying nothing serious happened and that she wanted to resolve it privately. His expense report clearly indicated that she didn't mind him spending money on her, which kind of makes the whole "harassment" angle suspect at best. Maybe you shouldn't be flirting with married men, letting them spend money on you for who knows-what, and then accusing them of "harassment" when they finally expect more than friendship. Just a thought? You were "surprised and saddened" huh, really? What did you think would happen!

I understand that, sadly, in today's PR driven world that just the allegation of wrongdoing is so devastating it saves face letting employees go. But it's really sad how a washed up ex-softcore porno slut can bring you down without any actual evidence or proof, just the allegation itself. Or maybe she didn't actually bring the allegations up herself? It doesn't come out and clearly say.

"The company announced today that Hurd tendered his resignation as a result of an investigation regarding claims of sexual harassment from a former female HP marketing contractor. Although the investigation found no evidence of sexual harassment, there was enough dirt found to show that Hurd violated HP's Standards of Business Conduct.
According to Engadget, Hurd " submitted inaccurate expense reports to conceal his relationship with the contractor , and that violated HP's standards of business conduct." Further statements from HP show that the contractor in question provided services for HP between 2007 and 2009."

Per story found RIGHT below this...
I thought you would have read this by now seeing you are here everyday. (nothing against that Im here to just lurking)

Okay, let me get this straight.

She says she was not intimate with him, and that she "has settled her dispute with him."

Hurd is FIRED for padding his expense account. FIRED. And he is largely responsible for turning around one of the biggest technology companies in the world.

Oh, and she says she "wishes Hurd and his family the best." Right.

What the hell is going on here?

BTW her attorney is the scumbag ambulance-chaser Gloria Allred.

There has got to be an amazing story in here somewhere.

It is already rumored that other issues are the REAL reason for his firing. An Executive who pads a few grand (which I could use) into his expense account is way to easy. Of course, he's a struggling CEO whose multi-million dollar salary is strained so he had to "borrow" some money from a company who he helped make them much more money.

He could have gone for a high-class prostitute for less.

I think that was her only theatrical release, and if I remember '90s Showtime well enough, her movies mentioned in the article didn't have that much skin anyway.

I would totally...
