What is entrails of new Apple’s iPhone that make’s it world favorite gadgets?

Reported by Chipworks; Recent diagnose have released the name of the companies that provide some of the most important components of these smartphones.

How much do we know about the battery or Ram or other chips that made the
iPhone 7 or 7plus? This is what we know officially both iPhones have Intel chips inside. But according to a teardown research companies owned by Techinsights, Intel is the key supplier of LTE modems for the new Apple’s iPhone 7s.  Intel reportedly has four components: baseband LTE modem, two transceivers and a power management chip.

So, if Intel modems don’t support CDMA then iPhone 7 series using this technology
Sport Qualcomm’s modems, according to Chipworks. Forbes reports that Qualcomm-equipped phones sold in the US, China, Hong Kong, Puerto Rico, and the United States Virgin Islands contracted by (Verizon and Sprint). While the Intel equipped iPhones are for most of other countries in the world and contracted with US (AT&T and T-Mobile).

What about processor? The A10 Fusion processor in the iPhone7 is from TSMC with Apple’s part number for the A10 is APL1W24, 339S00255 vs the Apple A9, which was APL1022, 339S00129. Reported by Chipworks.

Other parts:
iPhone 7’s three microphones, said to have been sourced by Goertek and Knowles. But as reported by iFixit teardown iPhone 7 plus, STMicroelectronics has also scored design wins into the device.

Flash memory from SK Hynix and Toshiba. Based on same report iPhone 7’s iSight camera chip was sourced from Sony and fabricated using its Exmor RS technology platform. Report continued by talking about the Touch screen on the device, saying that the Touch Controller for iPhone 7 in manufactured by Universal Scientific Industries (US) with markings O1 1R. it is the same as the iPhone 6S- a pressure- sensitive 3D Touch layer that buzzes slightly when you press and hold the screen/static home button. Chipworks says that, no markings were found on the IC, it is believed to be of Analog Devices.

The Wi-Fi/Bluetooth socket has been is by Murata with a module part number of 339S00199 as per Chipworks. And Broadcom got a slot in the iPhone7. It possibly contains Sensor Hub functionality as well like BCM4774 seen in Samsung device, per Chipworks. Finally here it comes battery that recently was concern of everyone in other devices except Apple.  Reported by iFixit’s teardown, the battery rate is 3.82 V and 2900mAh for a total of 11.1Wh, a slight upgrade over the 10.45 Wh (3.8 V, 2750
 mAh).
