A remodel variant of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7, that formerly had the trend on catching on fire, will be coming back to markets this coming Friday as the Galaxy Note 7 Fan Edition. The Electronic Company Samsung announced that the phones that will be using batteries will be different from the ones that caught on fire last year. The phone will only be available in South Korea and would cost 699,600 won which is approximately $610.

Samsung recollected nearly 30 million Note 7 phones after many units caught on fire, which lead Samsung with a difficult situation on what to do with the phones they got back.  Samsung expressed it would recycle the Galaxy Note 7 they recollected and recycle it in an environmentally friendly way, and also specified on the opportunity of turning the devices into refurbished or rental phones.

More so, selling the refurbished phones will be one of the ways Samsung can aid in getting back money the lost from the Galaxy Note 7 recall. Additionally, Samsung revealed that they will be selling refurbished Galaxy Note 7 phones in selected markets, and that they will be subjected to the Samsung new 8-point safety Check.
