Chloe rests on a bed of Rock Bands  (Source: eBay)
Suicide Girls to hand deliver special Rock Band eBay auction goods

There have been numerous occasions where sellers on eBay display their items with attractive women (or at least some attractive female anatomy). It’s a tactic much used last year when eBay scalpers were desperately trying to cash in on the perceived PlayStation 3 and Wii shortage.

To the dismay of those that placed bids, the women were not included in the auctions. But that was then, and this is now.

Advertised in this eBay auction for Rock Band is a special bundle which includes the PS3 Special Edition Bundle, Guitar Hero III on PS2 and... <drum roll> ... your very own Suicide Girl Chloe model! Apparently, Chloe will deliver to you in person (yes, in the flesh) your winning auction goods on Christmas day. Even better, Chloe can unwrap your goods and you may take pictures of her during the entire process.

According to answered questions from bidders, all travel expenses are included, regardless of the ending auction price. One member asked if Chloe would be able to provide any other services, to which the answer was, “a kiss on the cheek.”

Those who prefer the Xbox 360 version (or a different Suicide Girl) have the option of bidding on a similar Rock Band bundle that will include Halo 3. Rather than Chloe, other Suicide Girl model Zoei will hand deliver your goods on Christmas day.

I read about this on Kotaku earlier today and at first found it hard to believe. Somehow I am betting that the auction will go for a disturbingly high price. When I see something like this I expect it to be at least partially for charity, but somehow I find this aution fundamentally wrong and I say that as a person with a questionable set of morals.

If it isn't for charity, it may go against eBay regulations, (even if it is for charity, it may not be sound)

I think there's something in the eBay terms of service that covers auctioning of services (as opposed to tangible products) and also human trafficking (especially over state boundaries).

Anyone with better eBay legal knowledge care to chime in?

The easiest way to get around this is to claim that the girl is the delivery.

So you can bid on the product, but with a preset delivery method... which just happens to be a half naked girl or something.

You don't have to be a legal expert to know this isn't against Ebay policy. All they are saying is that they will hand deliver the good purchased. That they will provide, at your descretion, personal help unwrapping and unboxing the goods. That if you ask the delivery person will also help you test the product. And you can take pictures of the delivery. That upon leaving, at your request, they will give you a friendly peck on the cheek, no not that one, the one on your face. Nothing illegal about it. Course if you read the stuff people say it's nice that the moron lets everyone know that she is a stripper and put his phone number and email address in there.

Oh, come on. You sound like my grandfather. :P

Within a reasonable price range, that might be an interesting gift to buy someone and not let them know it's coming. I can see the fun that could be had with it.

I don't think it's wrong, it's just that whoever bids on it is a complete and utter loser.

Can you say 'ho ho ho'?

Poor Girls

I hope they have their own bodyguards... otherwise the name "Suicide Girls" seems appropriate. :(

There are too many psychos out there to trust one's fate to an ebay bid. That's just my opinion, though.

I'm sure they will.

Because I'd laugh my ass off if someone in Nigeria won.

Actually, it's slightly international as the seller said that shipping the girl off to Canada wouldn't be a problem. Might be an attractive option since Rock Band is delayed in Canada.

Not that I really looked into it.

Woot. Got my bid in. What's shipping?

Wow, this doesn't further the stereotype that gamers are desperate for women.

I'd rather unwrap Cloes goods..

No wait yeah she can unwrap my "goods"...

No actually I'm keeping my goods wrapped up, no telling where any of those suicide girls have been... or where haven't they been.

Ive seen her whoring around Ebay before....

I mean for $500, which this is hovering around, you could buy a couple of escorts or (gasp!) take a girl out on a few, very expensive dates. But then again, she wouldn't be able to nade stick you like the suicide girl.

Ok,
