Shenzhen's JWNF570SLI uses the NVIDIA nForce 570 SLI MCP
NVIDIA has announced that it is providing product demonstrations of its new nForce 500 series at this year's CeBIT show. We brought you information a few weeks ago on NVIDIA's new chipset and today we have a little bit more on the specifics. The nForce 500 product lineup will commence as follows:
- nForce 590 SLI MCP (enthusiast/dual GPU)
- nForce 570 SLI MCP (performance/dual GPU)
- nForce 570 MCP (performance/single GPU)
- nForce 550 MCP (mainstream/single GPU)
As was the case with the earlier nForce 4 products, nForce 500 MCPs will come loaded with latest features and technologies to keep enthusiasts on the bleeding edge of computing. Features available with NVIDIA's new product family include:
- Support for NVIDIA SLI technology including Quad SLI
- NVIDIA ActiveArmor secure networking and security firewall
- NVIDIA MediaShield storage technology
- Support for up to 10 USB 2.0 devices and up to six SATA 3Gb/s hard drive
While nForce 500 products are expected to be available in mid-2006, tier-3 Chinese motherboard manufacturer Shenzhen has already released details of its JWNF570SLI motherboard:
