Here are two 8-inch tablets that allow you to stay productive and provide some entertainment during downtime.

The NuVision Table and the Kindle Fire tablet have a few things in common.  Both tablets have 8-inch screen sizes. However, the NuVision has the better resolution.
NuVision also, has a faster processor that runs at 1.44 GHz.  This processor features Intel Burst technology that pushes it to 1.84 GHz which is considerably more than Kindle Fire’s 1.3 GHz processor.

The Kindle Fire is backed by Amazon, so there is a lot of content available via Netflix, Amazon Video, HBO NOW, Hulu Plus, and low-cost movie rentals. You also have the option to Fling Amazon movies and TV shows from your tablet to you big-screen TV using Second Screen.  If reading is your thing, you can get millions of titles from the Kindle Store.  You also get Amazon’s virtual assistant Alexa which is always listening and responds to voice commands.

NuVision is backed by Microsoft and runs Windows 10, and includes a free copy Defender anti-virus software that never expires with free updates. You get voice recognition and your own virtual assistant called Cortana.
Both Tablets allow for downloading of apps and games.
