He's referring to the stand more than anything I'm sure. Most PC Monitor stands have a noticeably different form-factor than iMacs. This monitor does not.

Ya that's what I noticed first. Then the keyboard looks like a Mac keyboard. But the VGA cable it clearly non-Mac like
