ATI 3850 ?!

Intriguing that Palit have just released the HD 3850 Super +1GB Graphics Card, but why? I mean, the review only compares it to other 38xx cards any way so it's fairly redundant with the new competition any way.

maybe they're a bit late and need to empty the stockage...

Or maybe it's made for some computer uses that need low power but much video memory, but this is weird.
