Currently you have no link to the article "NVIDIA nForce 780a SLI @ Hot Hardware", which is the one featured in the image.
I have to use the link to their ATi/AMD GPU article instead, which gets me to their site where they have a link to the 780a article.

Looking at the mess illustrated in the photo, this observation is indicative of someone who really doesn't have any knowledge of quality soldering. If Quality Assurance was doing their job, this mess would never be accepted. There is a likelihood that over time these solder joints will develop faults and the power supply will fail to perform as designed. An acceptable standard of soldering does not include globs of excess solder and pitted joints. One of my tasks as a former Avionics supervisor included the inspection of solder jobs on PCBs, this would have been cause to have the individual responsible either retrained or disciplined.
