4k monitor

The 4k monitor from Dell has been reviewed in much greater depth at tftcentral.co.uk. It's an excellent monitor, plagued by the same thing that plagues all current 4k monitors: MST. It requires you to set up the monitor as a Surround/Eyefinity setup and it makes it really quirky to switch resolutions (you'd think 1920x1080 is a no brainer on these babies - it isn't).

I could see how that would be a problem.
4k for general media consumption/work/internet.
1080p for games.

I don't mind the idea of 4k, but I don't need the monster screen size. Give me a 19" 4k screen and then I'll be interested.

Other sites?

I almost never see reviews from HardOCP or Tom's HArdware on here. Is there a reason behind that?

They're probably cherry picking from a handful of websites they deem trusty? You know, just trying to avoid lemons.

Actually, all of these sites send the reviews in via email. If it shows up in our inbox (and isn't crap), we'll post it.
