12 core system

Don't know how much over kill this would be but a 12 core system sounds sweet. If they get tri-sli to work its a 14 core. If crossfirex was supported it could be a 16 core system.

12 core? Which link are you referencing? Skulltrail can handle 2 quad cores (which is 8) and if say tri sli then thats three gpu's (which are natively parallel so I wouldn't necessarily consider them "single core") which I guess could be 11 but I dont get 12 or 16 with quad crossfire (unless you are talking about quad crossfire with 3870 x'2 so 8 graphics cards and 8 cpu cores)?

Unless you count each stream processor as a core, in which case it's 256 cores per card.

I did forget that the 3870x2 can only run a 2 card crossfirex setup.

LULZ @ Mac "gaming" mouse

When was the last time a game was (horribly and at a tremendous performance penalty) ported to Mac?

The best part is that the only thing different from the PC version is that the Mac one is white. Sure makes me want to pay a price premium, let me tell you.

Spore will be on mac.

I think the whole Razer Pro Solutions line was really created as a way for Razer to market existing gaming products to the non-gaming market. They're really tryin to push those mice for stuff like CAD.

Help a lazy man out perhaps?

How about posting the OS, RAM, and CPU being used for the video card/motherboard/video game reviews so I don't have to spend five minutes only to discover that I wasted my time on DX9 reviews?

By NinjaJedi on 2/3/2008 12:47:17 PM , Rating: 2
Because the person compiling the reviews would have to spend 5-20 minutes (depending on the number of reviews)and I'm sure he already spent enough time doing all of us a favor by posting them here.
