you are right about one thing.
intel have been owning the market during the last couple of years. so they are talking their time slowly and joyfully

if there was decent competetion between amd & intel, things would be different.

as for video cards, i always skip one generation, i have 9800gtx and im gonna wait for the next nvidia cards and not buying the current 200 series.
