Are US-based sites still under an NDA or something?

Still waiting on the AT review as well. The last thing I heard was the the NDA isn't up till tomorrow (nov 4).

No, the NDA was up over 8 hours ago.
I'm pretty surprised Anandtech haven't got anything up yet either.

It's just that your post was not what I would call considerate. Your forgetting that AMD will be bringing out their new lineup of CPUs soon and they are said to be around 30%+ more powerful then current Phenoms. Sure they won't be as powerful as the i7 but will be a great upgrade for those still on C2D (assuming AMDs new lineup of CPUs overclock well cause I currently have my E8500 at 4GHz).

You see from the prices I've seen i7 is crazily expensive, along with support for ONLY DDR3 RAM which is also crazily expensive and the fact that X58 motherboards are also crazily expensive. AMD still support DDR2 and from what I hear don't really require a new motherboard so it's a FAR cheaper option and a MUCH better bang for buck. And I've seen tests where it can overclock to 4GHz but with rather high voltages. But the i7 also needs crazy voltages to reach 4GHz.
