That's not the "X25-M." It's the "X25-E Extreme." Which was a nice surprise. :-)

It shows some amazing results in the server tests, but I'm wondering why it performed so slowly in the windows boot-up test. I figured it woul be awesome in that one, and there is no reason it should be slower than the a lot of the traditional drives.

Would it have something to do with the system that they used to test the drives?

I'm assuming they have used that system so that they can use old benchmarks from the other drives?

How much difference would the north bridge and south bridge chip sets and processor etc make to the performance of these drives in certain benchmarks?

X25-E - not X25-M

The Tech Report review is for the enterprise version of the Intel SSD. Same 250MB read speed, but write speed is boosted to 170MB from 70MB! This is a big deal!

OMG, that thing is so fast! It hits 200MB average writes - 30MB higher than its advertised speed! Wowzers...

$800 for 32GB is really, REALLY pushing it though... haha

The Tech Report reviewed the X25-E drive, not the X25-M, although both are compared in the review. Might want to update the above info and photo.

Like 1 raid controller with onboard ram. $150
3 or 4 $99 cheap SSD's . and then see what offers the best performance for price,capacity,reliability.

No site I have come across has done this comparrison since intel drives have arrived yet :(

All thesereviews are fake especially about G15 gaming keyboard for 100 euros

I don't trust these reviews since they dont post negative aspects and they don't flame the makers, they should bash the makers!!!

Someday i will open my own website for negative reviews only. Yes, i will get rich since anyone who wants to know the hidden truth about any product will pay me direct to read the negative reviews.

Logitech G9 mouse:

Pros:
Any positive review ragarding this product can be easily found on any other website funded by hardware developers, there are plenty of them!

Bad:
G9's interchangable grips for different hand types are not even available as advertised on the box.

Worst:
G9's interchangeable grips don't lock firmly on the the mouse body. Can't even click on the desktop icon because cursor misses the target.

Consclusion:
Just anoter trash product from Logitech made in China from happy bunch of people in China which prefer quantity above quality

Logitech G15 gaming keyboard:

Pros:
Any positive review ragarding this product can be easily found on any other website funded by hardware developers, there are plenty of them!

Bad:
Macro's for this keyboard are software based you can't even execute them on another computer. And by the way if you dream to execute your macros in the game it will fail too since this software driver is disabled and banned from the most games. LOL!!!

Worst:
G15 keyboard without its driver is just a piece of plastic which can only light-up. And this drivers works only for XP, LOL!!!
Buttons are not even sensitive. Keyboard does not have its own chip and memory, LOL!!!

Consclusion:
Just anoter trash product from Logitech made in China from happy bunch of people in China which prefer quantity above quality

This review is truly based on my own experience with these products because i have them. G15 and G9 and they are trash, not worth more than 15 euros
