Pavillion DV2

That link brought me to a blank post posted by "test 12345"

...

It would be nice to get an actual link to an actual review.

Also, has any website managed to review the new Turion II from AMD? Is it any good and comparable to their 45nm Intel counterparts?

Still slower and more power hungry.

What I read says slower and less power hungry.

eTeknix review of zotac GTX 285

This card does exactly what it says on the box, and performs extremely well in the latest games. It has excellent cooling properties and comes with a fantastic warranty. When we started reviewing this card, the new 5xxx series cards were just a whisper, but now that they are out, it has sadly made this card take a back seat in regards to having a powerful card for a good price. AMD’s radeon 4890 still out performs this card, as well as the new 5xxx series pushing it to one side and taking it’s place on the podium. That’s why i’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars.

Crappy review: No benchmarks listed, possibly plagiarized without citing sources, overall just a summary of what has been generally stated in other reviews of the 5870/5850 overtaking the nVidia GTX series.

I wish hardware review websites would provide actual gameplay footage of the hardware being reviewed. It would provide a solid backup to the numbers being listed and a visual presentation of what to be expect.

Hahaha. Someone needs to write a review of review sites so we can see which ones actually do a decent job testing their hardware. =D

This isn't very clear on the site, but the Youtube video IS the review.

TRIM FTW!

Wow, as if Intel wasn't already kicking ass with the 160GB X-25M, the new firmware w/TRIM brings sequential write speeds up about 35% with 4K random write speeds up almost 45%! 4K-64Thrd random writes were up by 80%! Also, I/Os get a huge boost. Pretty much an epic win for all those 160GB G2 owners out there... Plus, Intel's TRIM tool can be used in XP and Vista, so you don't have to have Windows 7 to benefit from it.
